Emirati women and workforce in a clash of culture

What is the conflict? Why?

   Same Emirati families are preventing their daughters or wife from working in a mixed environment. The main reasons for this our traditions and religion’s are against the idea of woman working with men in the same place.                          

What is the cultural view behind the conflict?

   Those Emirati families do not accept the idea of woman working in a mixed environment, to them it an issue of honor, shame, and following tradition. This kind of families think’s that if one of there family woman worked in a mixed environment she will infect the family name with shame.     

What is the best solution?

   In this kind of problems the woman should face her family and convince them that now a day’s the every thing is changing as will as people point view of a workingwoman, and there is same company’s that has a private work places for women.

RUNNING OF THE BULLS

               every year in July from 7 to 14 in Spain they have to run of the bulls and fight with the bulls which is harm for the bulls and the human in the same time. I respect their culture and it is an interesting that they are doing it until now . On the other hand, I prefer to reduce this habit or doing it in save why. for instance, instead of killing the bulls or running with them they might do robots looks like bulls which is more save and  keeps their culture. moreover, I don't feel that watching bulls fight interesting because killing something undesirable, regardless of whether animal or a person.
