12 dimensions critical reflction

Part 1

There are 12 dimensions that gives values about the cultural mapping and navigation definitions and I will describe about 3 dimensions that I am going to talk about in part 2. First of all , status dimension and it has two polarity’s one could achieved and the other polarity could ascribed. Moreover, status means  how I am in the community. The second dimension is, relationship and it also has two polarity’s the first polarity is universal and the second polarity is situational. In addition, relationship means how is my relation with others. Thirdly, outlook dimension is about how I see traditional or innovational .

Part 2

I learned about the group profile that it gives a summary of results of the whole group and the cultural profile gives a summary of my own personal result in the work environment. Also, my personal questionnaire results are I got in outlook dimension between 3 to 2 in tradition which means that I am more traditional than innovative. Moreover, my  second dimension  is status and I got the highest value in achieving which means I am great in achieving my aims and goals. On the other hand, I am  going to compare my self profile with the group profile, the group profile has a lot of variety and the highest number of students after destiny (directive) they where in relationship dimension they where in the middle  between 1 and 2 in universal polarity witch is good and it helps to globalization.  In addition ,there are a lot of low values but I will talk about expression that got one student only in reveal witch is okay because I don’t think showing expressions in some causes is good.

Part 3

I think that some results will be different in 5 years because 5 years in not a short time and life will changes. However I hope to change my communication dimensions because as it is showing in my self profile result that I am directed but I wanted to be more directed I hope to be in column number  4 not 3 because if don’t be from now more direct I won’t  be after 5 years .

Really there are a great deal of measurements in this article,one of these measurement which is standpoint (advancement) on the grounds that they need to change and add to the fate of UAE and the second one is (Decision-Making) rule:because that is show sort of recommendation that individuals must pick who gonna be a head administrator and the last measurement which is development and the extremity is individuals in light of the fact that they need to create and enhance  the individuals

[since he is talking straightforwardly to the point with the pointed individual.]

5, global consumption: 

 connecting /inclusive 

[since they are thinking on a more open level not on a particular individuals]

6, ending conflict:

  accountability /community 

[since he was concentrating on particular individuals as well as he said that all group must have]

 7,staying humble in office:

context / informal

[ since he  likes to utilize less conventions and not utilizing tittles and other basic conventions]

8, redistribution of wealth:

  growth /Personal 

 [since he was concentrating on the best way to build up the individual]

9, age: 

 expression / reveal 

[since he was speaking openly about his ages ]

10, addiction:

  communication/ direct 

[since he was talking about enslavement straight]

 11, being called the world’s poorest president:

  outlook / tradition 

[since he was communicating about the pat days]

12, donating 90% of his salary to charity:

[ since he was discussing him self and what he did]

 On the train, he cannot find an empty seat. How is this problem solved for him? How might this be a cultural solution?

There was no place in train then a boy stands and let Todd sat in his place and then he sat on Todd lap. It might be a cultural solution because the younger people must respect the older people.

Trying new food. His first encounter is with an iced drink. What happens?

He felt sick after drinking it.

Todd wants to stay in hotel ,But they let him stay in their house.
What was the reason?

 Because he thought that seating in the hotel will make him feel lonely, and t no one will take care of him.

As soon as they meet, Aunti Ji starts asking very intimate questions that
Americans who have just met would never ask. What kind of things does she ask?

Her questions were mostly personal.
